NuNano is pleased to announce the launch of our new silicon nitride SENSE AFM probes available to purchase from Monday 31st January 2022.
SENSE probes are suitable for imaging soft samples using contact or AC modes in air or liquid. These probes feature a sharp silicon (n-type, antimony) tip integrated onto a triangular silicon nitride cantilever with gold reflective backside coating (5 nm Ti/40 nm Au).
The SENSE probe range include SENSE 20 with a nominal spring constant of 0.07 N/m and a resonant frequency of 20 kHz, and SENSE 70 with a nominal spring constant of 0.4 N/m and a resonant frequency of 70 kHz.
